The Idea
It soon became obvious that what was needed was a relatively inexpensive and developed uniform means for adversarial determinations under ODR. In view of this, the concept of a single entity to provide informal, inexpensive and expedited dispute resolution services for negotiation, mediation and arbitration (together with arbitral review) was conceived through the creation of GMA.

Additional time was required for development of advanced means of electronic communication such as video conferencing and Voice over IP, in order for GMA to become completely functional and competitive with existing off line providers. This intended objective was recently attained, permitting GMA to provide a full suite of dispute resolution services over the Internet. As a result, complete and extensive ODR means are now available to commercial enterprises involved in international disputes within an informal, inexpensive, and expeditious setting.

GMA Today
GMA offers the following innovative services for expeditiously resolving controversies between parties to a commercial agreement, through use of electrical or Internet means of communications. As a result, GMA seeks to return ADR to its original purpose of providing expeditious, inexpensive and informal non judicial means of for solving commercial disputes. GMA’s services include:
