Amounts paid to Neutral Evaluators, Mediators, Arbitrators, Technical Officers, and Translators do not include any possible value-added or other taxes or charges. The recovery of any such taxes or charges is a matter solely between the aforesaid neutrals and the parties. Any technical problems caused by the server or communications carrier shall be at GlobalMedArb’s expense.

All fees and other charges may be paid in Euros at the prevailing rate of exchange at that time.
