| 1There will be no refund
if the other party does not join in as GMA will conduct a hearing
even if only one party participates. However, the participating party
will be required to pay the continuing costs for the absent party
with the right to claim reimbursement if successful as a result of
the hearing. In order to prevail in the Arbitration, the participating
party must meet its burden of proof at the hearing. |
