ODR/GMA: Selected Suite of Services

The Vision
GlobalMedArb’s (GMA) vision is to provide a platform for international commercial enterprises to resolve disputes through the most modern technology in a user-friendly and cost-effective manner. GMA offers a less-expensive but more convenient and informal method of dispute settlement in the international commecial sphere.

The Services
Two distinctly new ODR services, Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) and Optional Review, are provided by GMA, together with updated versions of Mediation and Arbitration, in order to attain a more informal, expeditious, and inexpensive means of dispute resolution. These specific services include:

• Early Neutral Evaluation
• Mediation
• Arbitration
• Optional Review

It is advisable that one or more of the applicable Recommended Contractual Clauses (set forth in this website) be inserted into the commercial agreement. This will enable a contracting enterprise to have the dispute determined as soon as possible, while maintaining an ongoing business relationship with the other party without disruption.
