GMA has formed a management team combining the skills of law, dispute resolution, and technology:

Robert Bennett Lubic, the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel, has practiced in the field of international commercial and arbitration law and has written several published articles on aribtration and mediation as well as serving as an arbitrator and mediator for over 40 years. In addition, he has been a law professor at American and Duquesne University Law Schools in the U.S. and a visiting law professor at faculties in London, Paris, Italy, Poland, the Soviet Union, Israel, China, Hong Kong, and Puerto Rico. He has also been engaged as a visiting legal lecturer on arbitration in Slovakia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Papua-New Guinea, Mongolia, Tibet, Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Bermuda, the Bahamas, and Barbados.

Bohdana Urbanovych, Chief Operating Officer, has over ten years of international foreign policy, NGO board leadership and business/management experience leading professionals involved in meeting the challenges of economic and social restructuring in transitioning countries of Eastern and Central Europe.

Bohdana was the first recipient in the Ukraine of the US Freedom Support Act Professional Exchange Program in 1993, as a Visiting Professor at Cornell University in New York and Mary Washington College in Virginia, and returned in 1995 through the US Department of Commerce's SABIT program to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, as well as a Visiting Professor appointment, lecturing at Harvard University.
